EXCEEd, Rolla's Young Professionals, is a group of young, active, civic-minded professionals who have a clear vision of Rolla, Missouri's future as a great place to live, work, play, and shop. We are also working to prevent the migration of educated young people to larger cities (often referred to as "brain drain") and to encourage those who have left to return to the Central Missouri region.
Most of the work, and fun, in EXCEEd happens in our committees. We welcome your input and fresh ideas so we hope you'll find one or two that interest you, contact the committee chairperson, and start making your unique contribution to EXCEEd. Finally, you can show your support of EXCEEd and our goals by attending various community events and volunteering for the various projects that EXCEEd believes make Rolla a fun place to Live, Work, Play, and Shop!
EXCEEd, Rolla's Young Professionals, a program of the Rolla Area Chamber of Commerce, is a dynamic group of individuals under age 40 who are dedicated to civic participation, professional and personal growth, and have a shared interest in Rolla, Missouri as a place to live, work and play. Since its inception in October 2009, EXCEEd has grown to more than 20 individuals. The group is also a way for the Rolla Chamber to cultivate future leaders and provide them with professional development and networking opportunities to encourage their personal growth.

Each month EXCEEd will host an educational and a social event to provide opportunities to grow as a leader and an employee. These events are a great way to meet other local young professionals and learn about what's happening with EXCEEd! Most events are free for members and $10 for nonmembers but visit the events calendar for all of the specifics for each event.
EXCEEd, Rolla's Young Professionals, is a member driven organization that is funded by member dues, corporate members, program sponsors, various channel partners, and the Rolla Area Chamber of Commerce. EXCEEd owes its success to the many generous volunteers and supporters of the program. EXCEEd thanks you. These partners also receive memberships for their young professional employees.
